因为是论文用用词要专业

该文从对区域消费差异的研究出发,介绍了国内外研究学者的研究方法与成果,提出了自己的一点借鉴思路。同时对广州与大庆两个城市960名消费者的实证分析发现,中国购房消费者存在着区域消费差异。本次运用了对应分析的方法,根据两城市购房者产生的消费意向、动机、目标等等的差异进行了详细的分析。研究中了解到,两地方的购房者消费差异跟经济、环境、性格文化和心理因素等等有密切的关系。通过统计分析找到了不同地域购房者需求的差异状况。

This paper began with the research about consumption regional difference, introduced some research methods and output at home and abroad and put forward some original ideas. The actual analysis on 960 consumers in Guangzhou and Daqing city indicated that there existed regional differences between house buyers in China. By means of corresponding analysis, the author made detailed study on the consumption intention, motivation and objective of house buyers in the two cities. The research unveiled the close relation between consumption difference and other factors such as economy, environment, personality and psychology. Through statistical analysis, the difference between house buyer's demand in different areas has been found out.
