我想过这个问题
首先铁路全线的信息化、自动售票系统的建立，包括网上购票，花的大笔资金也是属于高铁项目内的拨款。也就是说我们谈论高铁的先进便捷，是包括了信息化系统建立的投资在里面的。
然后，这样的信息化系统可能无法建立在普通的火车上。因为地铁式的运行要求火车的运行精确到分钟，不然就无法有效控制，甚至会撞车，而普通的火车做不到精确到分钟。
虽然我对铁路不懂，但是我认为系统建设占的比例很大。否则的话，要解决运力问题只要在原有铁路上加三倍的车头不就行了吗？自动售票什么的都不需要，车速也不需要提高，直接加三倍车头和相应的车皮，这样就算车速慢，每天运输的总量实际上和高铁一样。之所以不能加车头，是因为铁路部门不能避免由于线路拥挤而造成事故。而在高铁系统里，就算线路比普通火车拥挤几倍，还是能调度得井井有条。
