25.2.2 对在场上控制了活球并已确立中枢脚的队员的带球行进
·双脚站在地面上时：
——开始运球，在球出手之前中枢脚不得抬起。
To start a dribble, the pivot foot may not be lifted before the ball is released from the hand(s).
——传球或投篮，队员可跳起中枢脚，但在球出手之前任一脚不得落回地面。
To pass or shoot for a field goal, the player may jump off a pivot foot, but neither foot may be returned to the floor before the ball is released from the hand(s).
·移动时：
——传球或投篮，队员可跳起中枢脚并一脚或双脚同时落地。但一脚或双脚抬起后在球出手之前任一脚不得落回地面。
To pass or shoot for a field goal, the player may jump off a pivot foot and land on one foot or both feet simultaneously but, after that, neither foot may be lifted from the floor before the ball is released from the hand(s).
——开始运球，在球出手之前中枢脚不得抬起。
To start a dribble, the pivot foot may not be lifted before the ball is released from the hand(s).
·停止时哪只脚都不是中枢脚：
——开始运球，在球出手之前哪只脚都不得抬起。
To start a dribble, neither foot may be lifted before the ball is released from the hand(s).
——传球或投篮，一脚或双脚可提起，但在球出手前不得落回地面。
To pass or shoot for a field goal, one or both feet may be lifted but may not be returned to the floor before the ball is released from the hand(s).

不用抠字眼也看得出来，跳起中枢脚和抬起中枢脚明显不是一回事，英文里jump off和lift分得很清楚
也就是说，如果抬起中枢脚金鸡独立式投篮不违例的话，大可以都直接用lift，不用专门说两个jump off了
既然说了jump off ，那么中枢脚起的时候另一只脚一定要离地 |
