怎么从单位网管那里找到IP分配表？

太·……￥·%……了！
今天用刚更新的讯雷EM了一部爱田友的水着（以前都用驴子）
，结果刚下一会就发现不对头
速度从50K，飑到200，500，800，甚至1200（要知道平时最高也就200）
我点了以下用户连接信息，发现了如下IP
192.168.0.155
192.168.0.179
192.168.1.103
192.168.1.117
192.168.1.5
192.168.2.144
192.168.3.5
192.168.103.13
192.168.33.60

现在很想知道网管把IP分配表放那里了。
