职位描述：
Knowledge and Skills required

1. Fully qualified Accountant with experience in a manufacturing environment (standard costing/variance analysis).
2. Experience in Chinese statutory accounting/reporting.
3. Understanding of IFRS.
4. Fluent English speaker.
5. Knowledge of SAP and toll manufacturing is advantageous.
6. Experience of dealing with Senior Managers, within both Manufacturing and commercial environments.
7. Strong communication skills at all levels.
8. Proven team leader with the ability to manage, motivate and develop staff.

Principle Job Accountabilities

- To provide full management and financial accounting support. To ensure compliance with Group, Statutory and Fiscal
policies and procedures.
- To provide detailed cost analysis and remind the senior leadership of the cost risk.
- To ensure monthly Management Accounts, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Reporting Package are prepared and
reported within strict deadlines. All variances must be investigated and corrective actions taken where appropriate in
conjunction with the senior management team.
- To complete the keying the data into Group finance system of ER.
- To be in charge of the tax application of income tax, VAT, business tax, stamp tax, other relative tax etc.
- To be in charge of the financial document filing and back up etc management.
- To be responsible for yearly checking and auditing .
- To support Finance director to meet company target and other tasks.
- Manage a team of 4 - 5team members.
