With the development of heat-supply enterprise, multilization of heat-supply market and diversification of heat-supply way, the administration of heat-supply should be instructed by scientific development view and and  administrated by modern administration means. This article mainly  throws cast on administration methods of computer used on the operation of steam heat-supply system, charge data storage, charge data statistics and analysis which aims at improve work effeciency and simplify adminstration work.

The fast growth of heating industry, as well as the diversification of heating market and supplying pattern, requires that the management of today’s heating industry should be scientifically designed and run with modern managing method. This article introduces a computer based method that can be adopted to manage not only the running of heating system, but also the processing of charging data, which includes three steps: storage, statistics and analysis. This method improves the working efficiency of people in managing, and helps them to work with more detail but more easily.
