[摘要]通过量子力学的建立与发展、奠定了原子能、计算机、光纤通讯、激光技术的理论基础，证明了科学技术是第一生产力的论述的科学性。通过量子力学的发展，论证了茳澤姄同志关于“三个代表”的理论是科技创新评价体系的根本性标准。

Abstract: The establishment and development of quantum mechanics lay down the theoretical foundation for the development of atomic energy, computer, fiber-optical communication and laser technology. It also attests to the scientificalness of the theory that science.and technology are the first productive force.
