可以用VISA之类的信用卡转帐捐款吗?国外有捐过的教一手

在美国.想捐点. 看到那些埋在下面的人.真的有点想哭. 虽然我一直觉的.捐多少都帮不上忙. 因为在这种时候.不是钱能帮的上的事.

可以的, 你可以捐给 Mercy Corps, Red Cross 一类的机构

我是捐给香港红十字会的, 但是他们的网站现在挂了, 因为访问量太大
