根据百度到的不负责任、无根据的解释一下

应该是93到94赛季曼联3：0阿森纳后，记者采访弗格森，问他修理了阿森纳是不是他最伟大的成就。弗格森说不是，把利物浦（从英超的王冠）上踢下去才是他最大的成就。

估计那时候利物浦的球迷或者是教练什么的（这个百度不到）说过，要曼联拿够18个冠军再来得瑟。（因为当时利物浦有18个顶级联赛冠军）
而今年曼联19夺顶级联赛冠军，所以有了上面那个横幅。

意思是，94年的时候，你们利物浦说要我们拿够18个冠军再回来跟你们理论，好了，现在咱拿了19个了，坐在你们头上了！
