政协委员提议：严惩五毛党

全国政协委员施杰表示，将准备就网络立法提出建议，“让炡椨学会倾听，学会打捞最真实的民意”，“让公民学会表达，学会甄别最真实的公共信息。”

施杰提议应该严厉依法打击恶意控制、引导、左右网络民意的不法行径，包括民间俗称的“水军”、“五毛党”等，并对恶意滥用公权的网监部门肆意删帖追究相关责任人的法律责任，优化网络民意表达环境，遏制网络暴力。
