Here is the JD, salary range can be from 28k to 40k per month Job_description_responsibilities:
*Manage China Treasury Center's daily treasury and banking operations.
*Be accountable for efficient & effective cash management, cash forecasts, foreign exchange, internal & external funding and supervise the operations team that conducts these activities.
*Manage the collection and analysis of monthly cash forecasts.
*Lead cash management and other treasury reporting metrics.
*Coordinate and lead internal & external funding activities for subsidiaries and joint ventures within China.
*Maintain relationships with commercial banks.
*Coordinate and lead internal controls and Sarbanes Oxley compliance
Required_skills_qualifications:
*Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Banking
*Sound knowledge of China regulations regarding foreign exchange as well as good working knowledge of tax and legal issues.
*6-8 years of substantial corporate treasury experience.
*Proven analytical skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
