A player can complaint about other person BM behaviour making complaint on Report BM forum here on iCCup. the penalty for this kind of behaviour is Command Group 1 remova, meaning a person won't be able to use any command (e.g won't be able to whisper any one, use friend list etc). The second offense results in permament lock account.
What we don't penalty in that forum:
— discers,drophackers (its not considered BM behaviour)
— BM behaviour in private clan channels (againts an admin can be penaltied)

6 games between D- and D+ 6盘（级别在D-到D+之间）
