Why did you choose this job?
- I don’t think anybody dislikes games, I too loved to play games and one thing led to another and here I am now.
Do you have any memorable Starcraft episodes?
- There are many episodes, but there is one I am greatly thankful for which is when I was a practice partner for pro gamers for about 2 or 3 months we went to Jaejudo island for our workshop. On our second night we gathered around to have an open discussion to talk about everything and anyway there were some questions we had to answer, one of which was `who will be the team’s 2006 star?` You’re not supposed to look at other people’s answers but I sneaked a peak at Chrh’s answers and on it he wrote my name. That made me feel really good, and on the spot I decided to meet up to the expectation. I want to take this opportunity to say my thanks to him Thank YOU big brother! CHRH
What was your most difficult time as a pro gamer?
- It went by me so fast, I don’t think I really experienced anything too difficult, for me to say it would be kind of embarrassing to explain it as a rough time, rather after becoming a pro gamer I’ve found more stability in my life. When I was an amateur I lived away from home with my brother, and it was my very first time living away from parents. I didn’t have any restrictions, I would see my parents every once in awhile and I’d noticed my parents getting older and I was extremely saddened by it. When I lived with them I never noticed the changes since I saw them everyday.^^; Because of that experience I learned how to be thankful more, and I remember that moment very well.
What was your most memorable game?
- Come to think of it there are so many. I think I’ve had many fun games. Nuclear bomb, lock down, battlecruisers etc.. Many people probably don’t remember but in the ShinHan Bank’s season 3 top 16 on the 3rd set on the map hitchhiker comes to mind. For the very first time I was leading the game, and till this day it was the most satisfying game for me. I did early marine pressure-vulture-wraith- and labor drop-vessel build step by step, but I finished him off on the labor dropship play^^;; when you have time watch it.
Most memorable game that you lost?
- Haha. When `Must` did the pylon heart ceremony. It was a recent game so sticks out in my mind the most. I practiced very hard for that game and had a good winning rate, it was a game I had to win, but lost.^^; I prepared with the venomous heart, only to lose, can’t forget it.
Who was your closest teammate?
- oDin is asking me to say his name so I will say it. Everyday after 12 we would bond over Korean pork barbecue at the `Donday` restaurant. Aha since I am doing this interview I would like to take a moment to say something.
Is there anyone else you are close to?
- STX Calm, BestGod, Sparky’s go.go and KTF’s FireFist. I played with them since my amateur days. Ruby, Sea, and CJ’s iris, I don’t know what they think of me but I feel close to them.
What do you do in your free time?
I hang out with my girlfriend. I don’t want to hide it, but be open about it.
When I am alone I surf websites like DCinside, YGosu, Fomos, Naver, and CyWorld. When I go to my parent’s house I meet my friends without even catching my breath. I recently learned how to play billiards and stirred a great deal of interest towards it, but I don’t think I’m good.
What do you like and dislike about yourself?
I am a rational person I like that about myself. I am a logical person when it comes to making decisions. I don’t take sides, but rather try to stay neutral. For example if I see an article in the newspaper about a teacher beating a student I don’t automatically think ill of the teacher but analyze the situation into detail and will decide afterward. Unless I hear both sides of the story I never take sides.
I like that about myself and yet dislike that about myself. I am a logical person which can sometimes misconstrued as being a cold person, so I’ve been told often. I can put up a smile for someone and yet have bad thoughts about him.

People who love me and people that I love and our health. Do you guys have it?

Who are the most influential people in your life?
My parents, brother, my dog, KTF’s [Oops]Reach, and Nal_Ra. It’s going to be too long if I elaborate on it. Essence of a human being, love, myself in 5 years, innocence, and having good characteristics as a human being.
What do you need the most?
A championship title, right now I don’t want any distractions that is all I am aiming for.
Anything else other than gaming you would like to challenge yourself with?
I would like to study mathematics, algebra, statistics and probability, Calculus, higher depth, these are hopeful wishes of course. other than that billiards and soccer.
