A total of 424 gamers who had passed through preliminaries from 15 cities participated at the Chinese National Final and 14 representatives made up of Team China on the spot. Among the 14 Chinese representatives of Team China, XIAOFENG LI, the defending champion in WarCraft III of WCG 2005 Grand Final in Singapore, and Luo Xian, a StarCraft pro-gamer who works in a Korean pro-gaming team, are also included.
